How to Repair the ER05 or ER06 Error on the Breville/Sage Touch BES880

Step-by-Step:
Step 1: Unplug the machine and remove the water tank, bean hopper and tray.
Step 2: Remove the five phillips screws underneath to release the two panels:
Step 3 - Remove the four screws holding the sensor board in:
Step 4 - This will allow the sensor cover to be removed:
Step 5 - Take off the rubber boot and spring holding the sensor assembly in place:
Step 6 - Unclip the sensor board cable to release:
Step 7 - Remove the broken sensor wire and thread the new one in place - use a small screwdriver to help it along:
Step 7 - Ensure the three jug sensor pads line up correctly, when you fit the board back in place - otherwise you will get jug placement errors:
Make sure you don't twist the new sensor wires, otherwise you will get ER07 or ER08 errors:
And that's it. Just make sure you hold the triangular piece in place while you put the screws back in:
Then place the spring and rubber boot back on, along with the three covers to finish the repair:
